The Graduate School of Literature, Culture and Communication offers
a Distance Learning MLitt in Cultural Studies which:

  • is aimed at teachers of English working at secondary or tertiary level who wish
    to develop skills in teaching British Studies
  • is aimed at those with a general interest in Cultural Studies who wish
    to study by distance learning
  • encourages both the analysis of British culture and cross-cultural comparison
  • is suitable for native as well as non-native speakers of English
  • runs part-time over 24 months from January to December inclusive
  • assumes an input of about 15 hours per week
