Holly is line manager to the the Operations Team who are responsible for updating and maintaining the alumni database.  The alumni database stores biographical and education information for over 100,000 mailable alumni, prospects and friends of the University.  The database also stores information on donations to the University and processes over 500 monthly regular donations.

Holly manages and develops the Visual Alms database on which alumni and donor information is held. She is responsible for information provision including class lists and other data sets.  Holly also administers Scholarships and Prizes and donations to the University of Strathclyde USA Foundation.
