The Careers Service provides a free advertising service for a wide range of vacancies suitable for new and recent graduates and for students. Vacancies are released onto our fully searchable website throughout each working day.
- our graduate vacancies team will help you to advertise full-time graduate posts (more than 15 hours): to start soon, in the UK or overseas
- our Student Employment Service team will help you to advertise:
- part-time (15 hours or less) temporary and casual work for students during semester
- and work experience opportunities
- summer vacation work in the UK or abroad
- summer internships
- sandwich/industrial placements up to a maximum of 1 year
- voluntary work
Whether your vacancy has an immediate start date or a summer/autumn start, is in the UK or overseas, we can advertise for you.
Higher Education Careers Services in Scotland Shared Vacancies Service enables you to promote your vacancies to students across Scotland faster and more efficiently. Our 'one-stop-shop' currently involves the universities of Strathclyde, Aberdeen, Abertay, Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Glasgow Caledonian, Heriot-Watt, Napier, Stirling and St Andrews and the University of the West of Scotland and you can choose to advertise only at Strathclyde or at all of these. The rest of the work will be done for you.
