3. A warm, welcoming staff, accessible at all times
Claiming that staff are available at all times is an overstatement! But we make the commitment to you that no other institution (in the UK or elsewhere) can beat MSc EMP staff in terms of accessibility to our students. Most staff are available in their office for immediate consultation when they are not teaching or in meetings. Failing that, we reply very quickly to email enquiries, or can book appointments within a day or so. Staff are aware that you have invested a lot of time and money in your study here, and we do out utmost to repay that investment to the maximum.
