Students' Excel in their Studies

main content

Students on the joint Electrical & Mechanical Engineering (EME) degree were invited to a special lunch event in the Assembly Hall on Friday 3rd February 2012. The occasion provided the opportunity for the EME Management Team to award Dean’s Certificates and to congratulate the students on their excellent performance. To be awarded a Dean’s certificate, a student must achieve a pass with distinction during the academic year of study (at least 70% average mark with no resits and no compensated passes). Shown below are the more than 50 EME students who were awarded certificates. The EME degree is delivered jointly by the Electronic & Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering departments.

Congratulations to all the winners and, except for those who will be graduating this summer, we hope to see you all (and more!) again next year at the award ceremony.
