Jilong Zhang chinese nation, was born in 22 Feb.1964, graduated from The Physics Department of Shanxi University in 1986; got B.D in Test and Measurement major in North University of China in 1991; got Ph.D in optoelectronic instrument and system in the Fine Mechanical and Optical Institute of Saint-Petersburg in1999, worked as a researcher and teacher in the Opto-electronics Information Technology Institute of North University of China from 1999, Now is a visiting scholar of The Department EEE of University of Strathclyde, and is the chief editor of the Journal of Test and Measurement Technology (in Chinese),researching interests focus on Rapid Detection of Laser parameters, Gas Concentration measurement based optical spectrum and optoelectronic sensor.
