Enterprising Careers staff are experienced in leading research into a range of related issues such as ‘the role of work experience and part-time employment’ and ‘the economic and educational impacts on young people of enterprise education’. In addition they are experienced evaluators of educational and career-related initiatives and programmes.
Enterprising Careers has developed a range of highly regarded products designed for teachers and their pupils (age 3-18). These are widely used throughout Scotland and have been purchased for use in a number of other countries.
Courses ranging from one day introductory courses to full diplomas & MSc programmes have been designed and delivered. Courses can be customised to suit particular needs and locations. These courses encourage active & effective methodologies and aim to make education vocationally relevant, to encourage enterprising behaviours & attitudes in young people and in those who work with them.
