- Trained First Aid Personnel
- Internal Mail Services, collection and dispatch
- Operation of John Anderson Campus CCTV System
- Opening and Closing of Buildings, control of keys
- Liaison with Police, Fire, and Ambulance Services
- Lost Property service
- Patrolling of Campus including Car Parks
- Emergency procedures
- Reporting of safety hazards
- Dealing with Visitors to the University
- Stewarding at Congregations, examinations, and special occasions
