The PG Certificate in Advanced Academic Studies consists of two different pathways.
The modules within the two pathways are interchangeable.
However, to gain the certificate, you must complete:
- A specified core module;(20 credits) and
- At least two optional modules (40 credits).
Either pathway can progress on to Diploma (120 credits).

| The key target audience for this programme comprises new and relatively inexperienced staff. NB: Probationary lecturers are required to complete at least two modules (30 credits) of the programme as part of their probationary requirements. |
