- Postgraduate Diploma / MSc in HRM (full time)
Who: those who aim to pursue careers in the field of HRM. Applicants are normally expected to hold at least a 2nd class honours degree (or equivalent).
- Postgraduate Diploma in HRM (part time)
Who: practising personnel and HR managers, general managers, those aiming for a career in this field.
- MSc in HRM (part time)
Who: those who already hold a PGDip in HRM, awarded within the past five years, from a UK institution.
CIPD will upgrade to Graduate Member on successful completion of either of these courses following the submission of a satisfactory CPD log.
- Postgraduate Certificate in Equality in Pay and Reward
Who: People who are working within the field of equal pay, developing or negotiating pay systems or other terms and conditions. - Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Coaching
