Employee Relations publishes six issues per annum in both paper and online formats including the latest research on people management. The journal welcomes papers, subject to a rigorous refereeing process, for publication from academics and HR practitioners throughout the international community. It has a policy of turning papers around quickly and for publishing research by those in the early years of their career eg completing a PhD.
