Coming to Strathclyde on Exchange or Study Abroad?

Students currently registered on an undergraduate degree elsewhere in the world are able to spend a year (or a semester) of their studies as visiting students at the University of Strathclyde on a Study Abroad programme.  Some apply through organised student exchange programmes, which Strathclyde runs in collaboration with more than 250 universities and colleges around the world.  Other students apply directly to Strathclyde on an independent basis, or through a study abroad provider.

Going Abroad - add an international dimension to your Strathclyde degree

Strathclyde students have a unique opportunity to spend up to one year of their degree studying at a partner University in Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan .  Spending a full year or a semester abroad, normally in their third year, is an opportunity which few people have in their lives and, for those who do, that time can be the most rewarding for them in terms of their personal development and establishing their career direction for the future.

For further information about this opportunity, please click on the appropriate link on the left hand side of this page, or contact a member of the student mobility team if you have particular queries concerning study abroad.

In addition, Strathclyde Business School has its own exchange co-ordinator, Sheila Mills. Incoming and outgoing students to the Business School should refer to www.strath.ac.uk/business/undergraduate/international or contact Sheila by e-mail on sheila.mills@strath.ac.uk
