What qualfications do I need?
The following information should be used as a guide only. Admission is always at the discretion of the relevant department.
Undergraduate Study
Thanawiya Amma is not normally sufficient for direct entry to Strathclyde undergraduate programmes and a foundation programme will be necessary. IB and A levels are accepted.
Postgraduate Study
For entry to PG programmes we would look for a degree from a recognised Higher Education Institution. Our GPA requirements are 3.0 out of 4 or 4.0 out of 5.
If you wish to apply for a research degree you would normally have to have a Master's degree and some experience of research work.

What else do I need to know?
Strathclyde has been welcoming Omani students for many years. The Strathclyde MBA is taught in Muscat at the College of Banking and Financial studies in Ruwi, and there is a link via the Ministy of Health with the Oman Assistant Pharmacy Institute for pharmacy education.
