Transitional programmes have been developed to support young people during a challenging phase in their educational development - the moves from nursery to primary and primary to secondary. Building self confidence at these key stages allows children and young people to feel better equipped to tackle the challenges of the new school environment, and programmes are tailored in association with the needs of specific schools and local communities. Events are usually hosted in the secondary school and attended by the associate primaries
Xtreme Learning Days are one-day events, such at the Crystal Maze & Whodunit? and are more suitable to accommodate large year groups together.
7Up! is an action-packed 2 or 3 day event, usually held during the school holidays.
Science Academy has been designed specifically to enhance pupils' interest in science as they make the transition into secondary school.
