How to Reset Your Password
You can now reset your DS password online via PEGASUS.
Know your password but want to change it?
Login to PEGASUS and select the ‘Change password’ link
Don't know Your DS username and password?
Follow the ‘DS Password Reset’ link below.
You will then be prompted to provide the following information:
- Students - registration number, date of birth, personal email or mobile phone number
- Staff - National Insurance number, date of birth, personal email address or mobile phone number
The information supplied must match the current details stored within PEGASUS or the process will fail.
On successful submission and verification of this information, you will receive an email or SMS text message (depending on what
information you provided).
You will then have 2 days to reset your password.
