How to reset your password
You can now reset your DS password online via PEGASUS.
Know your password but want to change it?
Login to PEGASUS and select the ‘Change password’ link in the 'Services' section on the left hand navigation panel.
Don't know your DS username (students only) or password?
Follow the ‘DS Password Reset’ link below.
You will then be prompted to provide the following information:
- Students - DS username and/or registration number, date of birth or personal email address
- Staff - DS username, date of birth and personal email address
The information supplied must match the current details stored within PEGASUS or the process will fail.
On successful submission and verification of this information, you will receive an email or SMS text message (depending on what information you provided).
You will then have 2 days to reset your password.
