Jordanhill Library has resources to help you with storytelling and reading aloud - we have excellent collections of picture books, fiction, poetry and traditional tales. In addition, our giant picture books are ideal for reading to a group of children - you can find them at D 808.34 at the end of the picture book section.

We also have storysacks, which are shelved in the Media Library. Each of these includes a book plus other themed material to go with it, such as a game or a cuddly toy. They can be fiction (e.g. Julia Donaldson's Gruffalo) or non-fiction (e.g. The castle bag).
