John Kind is an international tutor, coach and consultant. He has worked on client assignments in 25 countries around the world. John has more than 20 years experience of designing and presenting training programmes and coaching sessions for directors and executives in major organisations. He specialises in business and financial skills.

John's clients include Amgen, BAA, BP, Barclays, the BBC, Castrol, Credit Agricole, the Institute of Directors, John Lewis Partnership, Kone Corporation, Prudential, Royal Albert Hall, Royal British Legion and Rabobank. He has been Visiting Lecturer at a number of business schools. He was 'Lecturer of the Year' on the MBA programme run by the University of Strathclyde, Graduate School of Business in Switzerland.

John's current assignments include the development and delivery of a new, global credit management training initiative for a leading FTSE company and presenting a series of one-day financial training programmes to the managers of the European logistics centre of a major biotechnology company.

John is the author of 'Financial Games for Training' published by Gower in 2004. It was described by International Accountant magazine as one of the most innovative books written on accounting and finance in the past 50 years.

John is a non-executive director of an IT recruitment consultancy and at University College, Winchester where he is also Chair of the Audit Committee.

John holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and an honours degree in Economics.
