The Je-S system can be accessed from here.
Increasing numbers of applications submitted to the Research Councils via the Je-S system are being returned to the applicants for amendment as they do not meet the published guidelines concerning the submission of proposals. This slows down the process as it requires additional work on the proposal.
A list of common reasons for applications being returned for amendment by the Research Councils can be accessed from here Je-S Common Requests for Amendments .
All applicants should, therefore, ensure that they are familiar with the submission guidelines of the Research Councils as they are regularly updated.
Following the January/February Je-S Programme Seminars covering changes to Studentship administration processes, the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) document is now available. Click Je-S Seminars FAQ's for further details.
PDF Version Support Changes
The Je-S System now supports v1.3 of PDFs. Whilst the system will accept attachments of 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 for submission purposes, Je-S will only undertake to offer support for v1.3 upwards.
