What is required?
All exchange nominations/applications must be made online.
Partner Universities should contact the Exchange Team if you require login details to enable you to make your nominations.
Once a nomination is approved, the student will receive an auto-generated email from Mobility Online inviting them to register with the system to enable them to submit a full exchange application. As part of this process, the student will require to upload a current academic transcript, an academic reference and a copy of their passport information page.
Partner institutions can track the status of their student's application by logging on to Mobility and clicking on the student's name.
Mobility Online contains an integrated housing application which students will be invited to complete to enable them to outline their housing preferences.
