On a job related course?
The Government manages Career Development Loans through Barclays and Coop Bank. They can support courses in a wide range of vocational areas. To qualify for a loan, the course must be related to a job and not last for more than two years (plus up to one year's practical experience if relevant). In addition, candidates must not be supported financially by a student grant or loan at a publicly-funded higher education institution.
