Applicant Extract

This Facility allows departments to extract applicant information from the University's Admissions database.  You can also save the results as CSV files.  

Access and training is co-ordinated by Student Experience, Systems team upon request via PEGASUS:
Adminstration tab > Information Technology Services banner > Request Pegasus Services.

 

Build PGT Application Forms

This Facility allows departments to customise their online Postgraduate Taught Application Forms and set up access to the PG Management Facility to process applications.

Access and training is co-ordinated by Student Experience, Systems team upon request.

Class Lists

This Facility allows departments to view student details for a class.

Access is automatically granted to staff who have access to view curriculum and/or programme information on PEGASUS.

Support is available from Student Experience, Systems team.

 

(Maintain) Class Catalogue

This Facility allows Departments to maintain class information such as the Class Overview, Syllabus, Learning Outcomes etc.  This information will display in the the Class Catalogue.

(Maintain)Class Handbook

Facility to allow faculties to maintain class information for inclusion in the Faculty Handbook, e.g. what classes are available to students in a given session.

Access and training is co-ordinated upon request to Student Experience,  Systems team

 

Curriculum Verification / Request Amendment

This Facility allows Adviser of Studies to manage student curriculum.

Disabled Students

This Facility allows the user to view student special needs and requirements.

Access is granted upon request via PEGASUS:
Administration tab > Information Technology Services banner > Request Pegasus Services.

This Facility allows you to control email alerts across a range of services. 

Email Alerts for Admissions processes are granted upon request via PEGASUS:
Administration tab > Information Technology Services banner > Request Pegasus Services.
