Do you need help with a business idea or an early stage business? The Enterprise Team's Enterprise Advisers are here to take your idea or business to the next stage. Register your details and the Enterprise Team will arrange an initial meeting with an adviser. Strathclyde Academics and Researchers

The Commercial Team supports opportunities progressing towards a commercial outcome in accordance with the University's Investment and Commercial Policy and Process. The team provides a range of services to help academic and research staff turn their idea into a strong commercial proposition, from discussing early stage ideas through to licensing or the formation of spinout companies.

Scotland's first business incubator, the Strathclyde University Incubator is designed to support start-ups through the difficult early stages of growth.

The Enterprise Hub

The University’s Enterprise Hub is a welcoming space on campus where Strathclyders interested in enterprise and entrepreneurship can get together and take advantage of some fantastic services and facilities including hot-desking.

The Strathclyders into Business (SIB) Fund provides essential start-up support to early stage student and alumni businesses.

The RSE Fellowship

Enterprise Partners are experienced entrepreneurial Strathclyde alumni who support emerging Strathclyde entrepreneurs. 

Strathclyde 100

Strathclyde 100 is a network of entrepreneurial alumni and business people who, through a series of events, support emerging Strathclyde entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs and businesses pitch their ideas to the audience with a view to securing help with specific asks.

Advisory Panels

Commercialisation Advisory Panels factor the industry and market knowledge of several friendly industry experts into our commercialisation opportunities from the earliest stage.
