Counselling & Advice Services

main content

Life at university can be lots of fun, but it's not always plain sailing. So if you want to talk things through with someone, our counsellors have the time to listen. They will be happy to help with anything from exam stress to relationship rough patches - and can give you useful practical advice too.

Just drop in and talk

To talk to someone on the spot, just drop into Level 4 of the Graham Hills Building at 50 George Street on the John Anderson Campus. On the Jordanhill Campus there's a term-time service on the ground floor of the Sir Henry Wood Building.

Ask4

This help and advice service is run by students for students. It works on a drop-in basis, so you don't need an appointment. Find us on Level 4 of the Union Building, John Street or behind Toby's Bar on the Jordanhill Campus.

Nightline

With our 24-hour confidential phone line, you can talk to someone at any time of the day or night. It's run by trained student volunteers; you don't have to give your name and they will even call you back if you don't have enough credit on your phone.
