We offer a number of credit bearing, bespoke programmes which provide SME staff with a recognised qualification. All our executive education programmes are highly impactful for employee development, designed to address key strategic and organisational challenges and to have positive outcomes for both employee and employer.

Each programme has rigorous admission criteria and participants must attain certain levels to progress within their specific programme. Programmes are tailored to suit the organisation’s industry or sector and aim to help deliver specific organisational objectives. Our programmes are taught by the extensive range of academic experts available within Strathclyde Business School, as well as from our well established network of external experts.

Teaching on the programmes is carried out by academics with an extensive range of business expertise informed by cutting edge research and consultancy as well as the latest academic theory.

Examples of our current portfolio include MBA 25, Iberdrola MBA in the Global Energy Industry, and the Babcock SLMBA.

I would encourage anyone who is lucky enough to participate in the Iberdrola MBA programme to grab it with both hands. It is hard work, but hugely rewarding. It has given me fresh perspective on many different aspects of my role and the wider business and definitely made me a better employee and person.
