Find support when working remotely

The Wellbeing & Working from Home Hub and our Return & Resume site have lots of information on how to work successfully from home and when relevant, how to transition back to campus-based or blended working. Below is a handy list of the key sources of staff support who can help if you need a bit of guidance or assistance during that time.

Please note that at the current time, all staff who can work from home are encouraged to do so. This includes those colleagues who provide face-to-face services via many of our on-campus helpdesks. As the staff numbers on campus increase in line with our phased return plans, in-person support available at physical helpdesks will also increase.

It may be that in some cases, certain helpdesks may require appointments to be made in advance or may only provide face-to-face services during certain hours/days. You should always seek to make contact with the relevant support function by email where possible or by phone. Seeking face-to-face support should be minimised while the in-force Government guidance is to work from home where possible.
