The workshop is split between three days of regular technical sessions, posters & keynotes on 17-19 Jul 2019, and a day of tutorials preceding the working on 16 July 2019.
The conference fees include: conference attendance for 3 days (17-19 July 2019), breakfast, coffee/drinks throughout the day, welcome reception (17 July) and conference dinner (18 July) plus a soft copy of the full proceedings. Registration for the tutorials are separate.
Early bird deadline is before 01 May 2019. Student registrations must upload an image or pdf of evidence of current student status (e.g., student card, official letter from institution).
Virtual registration includes full access to all presentations, live and/or recorded and a soft copy of the full proceedings.

Student Travel Grants
Travel grants are available for students registered in a full-time university degree programme to present a paper at the IWSCFF. The grants up to £500 can be used to cover travel costs including airfare and accomodation.

The travel grant is for a maximum amount of £500, to be paid to the awardees after the conference. Notifications will be sent by email starting 05 May 2019. Potential awardees have up to 1 week to confirm acceptance otherwise the award will be retracted and given to the next runner-up.
The applicant must be registered in an accredited university-level degree programme (e.g., Bachelor, Masters, PhD)
The applicant must be a co-author on at least one accepted paper to the IWSCFF 2019
The applicant must be a registered attendee and present at least one paper at the IWSCFF 2019 (this will be checked after the conference)
