Deciding where to study can be a daunting task. You’ll want as much information as possible before you choose so we provide opportunities throughout the year to visit us, making that decision easier.
Visiting us lets you see our facilities, talk to our current staff and students and see the campus you’ll be spending so much time on.
Undergraduate open days
Our undergraduate open days are held twice a year. You can take a tour of departments and attend talks and mini lectures to find out more on the undergraduate degrees on offer.
Undergraduate departmental applicant events
You'll have the chance to ask us questions about the department
Departments also hold their own applicant events throughout the year.
These events are for those who have made an application through UCAS to study in certain departments. You’ll meet staff and current students and find out more about student life in the University and have the chance to ask questions specifically about the department.
After applications have been submitted via UCAS, departments will individually contact you with details.
If you’d like more information on these events, please contact the department you’re interested in studying in.
Postgraduate open days
Some of our departments host their own postgraduate open days for students looking to find out more about the postgraduate taught programmes on offer.
For more information about upcoming events, please contact the department you’re interested in.
We also host drop in sessions for students who are considering studying a postgraduate research programme with us. You can get further details from departments and look out for advertisements on the website.
