The key aim of the programme is to develop and strengthen leadership across research and knowledge exchange. This unique programme combines both leadership development and the specialist knowledge to take your performance to the next level.

The activities in this programme have been designed with our academic community specifically to support a broad range of career stages from emerging through to more experienced and established leaders.

The programme is flexible, uses a blend of different opportunities and is output driven. Those who engage with the programme can select their own mix of activities to meet their own needs.

Evaluation, Feedback and development

In order to remain flexible and responsive, the programme will be regularly revised and refreshed to ensure the content remains relevant.  Feedback will be sought both immediately and some months after the intervention and will be used to assess any changes, priorities going forward and impact.
