Briefing paper for Human Rights Consortium Scotland on Standing in Scots Public Law Litigation

July 2020: The Human Rights Consortium Scotland have published a briefing paper on ‘Standing in Scots Public Law Litigation’. The paper was commissioned by the Consortium and authored by Mr Douglas Jack, and Dr Chris McCorkindale.

The paper addresses Scots public law rules on who can take a case a court for those who may be interested in strategic litigation.
