Researchers from the Scottish Centre for Crime and Justice Research have published a briefing paper today, ‘Influence government: exploring practices, ethics, and power in the use of targeted advertising by the UK state’ by Ben Collier, Gemma Flynn, James Stewart and Daniel Thomas.
