The Enquiry Desk is on Level 3 (entrance level) of the Andersonian Library. Staff at this point can assist with all Library and IT enquiries.

Outside of these times, our out of hours service is available to all students and staff.

 

Out of hours Library and IT support

The out of hours Library and IT support service is provided by our partner, Capita. If you need Library or IT support when the enquiry desk is not open, contact Capita by:

 

Out of hours: Data Protection

In order to provide the out of hours service, personal data required for staff and student identity verification is securely transferred to Capita. This includes your name, DS username, Strathclyde email address and your level of study (e.g. undergradute or postgradute). All personal data will be processed securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Personal data will only be processed by Capita for the purposes of providing out of hours support.
