Welcome to SPARK – Strathclyde’s Programme for Academic practice, Researcher development, and Knowledge exchange

The SPARK programme is designed to provide staff from across each of the University’s job families with flexible, individualised, and progressive routes for personal and professional development. This can lead to a postgraduate certificate (PGCert) and collection of 30 or more SPARK credits may also be a probationary requirement for some new staff.
