Our researchProcess Evaluation for Technology Enabled Atrial Fibrillation Detection in Secondary Care in Scotland

This is a qualitative project aiming to evaluate the implementation of a new atrial fibrillation screening device within an NHS Trust.

Patients, healthcare professionals, and other key individuals will provide their perspective of experiences using this new device within the current service. The final report will provide an insight into the implementation process highlighting barriers and facilitators of this process which will be of benefit for a national rollout of this device or similar device.

Staff members involved are Dr.Marilyn Lennon (PI), Dr Lisa McCann (Co-I), Dr Matt-Mouley Bouamrane (Co-I), Prof.Roma Maguire (Co-I), Rachel Munford (Research Assistant) and Sarah Horan (Research Assistant).

£299,930 (amount to be divided between two DHI projects)
