The R&KE Portal has been relaunched as the RKES Portal to make it easier for the University's staff and researchers to find the relevant help and resources for their research and knowledge exchange activities. The Portal is managed by Research & Knowledge Exhange Services (RKES) and is only available to the University's staff, researchers and postgraduate students.

You can access the latest guidance and information through the Portal's main navigation:

Highlights the most popular pages on the Portal and the key projects currently being led by RKES.

Information on Costing, Ethics, Data Management, Funding, Impact, Pure, Research Policy, Research Excellence Framework (REF) and the Researcher Development Programme (RDP).

Knowledge Exchange
Information on Commercialisation, Continuing Professional Development (CPD), Consultancy, Enterprise, Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs), Public Engagement and Research Partnerships.

RKES Support
Information on the range of RKES services, specialist support for research and knowledge exchange activities and contact details for the relevant RKES staff who can help you.

Problems logging on?

If you experience difficulties logging on to the Portal, refer to these helpful tips. For technical assistance with your user settings or PC set up, please contact the IT Help Desk. The Portal runs on Microsoft's SharePoint platform so performs better with an Internet Explorer browser.
