To support the roles of OHSaW to coordinate, support, appraise and maintain the effectiveness of the organisations Occupational Health, Safety & Wellbeing Managament System, the OHSaW department has published the University Occupational Health, Safety and Wellbeing Strategy.
This document provides information on what the University aims to achieve over the next 5 years, to help improve health and safety performance within the University, and provides a framework for how this will be achieved.

Alongside the Strategy, the University has a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) which are used to measure health and safety performance across the University. Each KPI has a target for improving performance and during the course of the year progress is monitored and presented on a dashboard.
