Personal statement

Claire joined CMAC in November 2016. She has a BA Business Studies, a Master of Business Administration and is a PRINCE2 Practitioner. She is a member of the Association of University Administrators (MAUA) and the Association of Research Managers and Administrators (ARMA). Claire manages the programme for the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Innovative Training Network on Continuous Resolution and Deracemization of Chiral Compounds by Crystallization (CORE), a four year EC H2020 funded project, which brings together 8 academic and 7 industrial partners from 6 European countries. She is responsible for all of aspects of project management, including reporting, financial management (€4m budget), the training programme, events and outreach/KE activities associated with the programme to ensure the smooth running of this European multi-partner Network. She has worked in the HE sector for over 24 years in a variety of roles and settings, most recently as Project Manager for the four year MSCA Initial Training Network ‘ChangingEmployment’ based within the Department of Human Resource Management, Strathclyde Business School. https://www.coreitn.eu https://www.linkedin.com/in/clairescottlynch/
