Personal statement

I joined the University of Strathclyde as a Lecturer in Banking in March 2018. I hold Bachelor and Master’s degrees, both in Banking and Finance, from Sapienza University of Rome. Moreover, I also hold a Master’s degree in the same field from Bangor University. In 2018, I completed a PhD in Banking and Finance at Bangor Business School. 

I am currently the Director of the MSc in International Banking and Finance.

My research interests cover the areas of banking regulation, international banking, financial stability & systemic risk, financial markets & intermediaries and credit derivatives.
