Dr Andrew Ross

Research Associate

Fraser of Allander Institute

Personal statement

I am currently working on a UK Energy Research Centre programme of research to examine the impact of non-energy policies on the energy system. The project is joint research between the Fraser of Allander and the Centre for Energy Policy. The research examines a diverse range of topics including economic and fiscal policy; business, industry and innovation policy; and devolution and localism. The research centres upon using the Fraser of Allander’s suite of Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) models of the UK and Scottish economies to provide the first comprehensive, system-wide analysis of the impact of such policies.
