Employability and Enterprise
We live in an ageing society, where over 50s represent the fastest growing part of the workforce. People are enjoying longer, and crucially healthier, lives and at CLL we want to support and develop the contribution that older people can make to both the workplace and society, both in paid employment or in a volunteering capacity.
We are currently developing a new range of classes and workshops, launching in Autumn 2018, aimed at helping older adults to identify and enhance their transferable skills and build upon their past experience. We will be offering support to focus plans and set professional and personal goals for the future, as well as develop practical skills such as CV writing, interview techniques and building a social media presence online.
