Centre for Lifelong LearningEvening Classes Open Evening

An informal open evening will be held in the Centre for Lifelong Learning to introduce students to the wide range of classes on offer.

The evening will feature class advice and taster talks on topics such as Languages, Genealogy and Creative Art and is a fantastic opportunity to find out about being part of our community of learners.

Information sessions and taster sessions will include;

Give it a Go Spanish - This short session is for those with minimal or no knowledge of Spanish and will give you the chance to find out what is involved in learning a language on one of our short courses.

Family History Stories - Get a flavour of the Centre for Lifelong Learning’s Genealogical programme by hearing tales of transatlantic migration from Tahitia McCabe.

Learn to Draw - This short session will give you the opportunity to begin to learn how to draw an object, with guidance on how to tackle the core elements of line, shape and colour.

Come along to the Centre for Lifelong Learning, Graham Hills Building, 40 George Street, Glasgow G1 1QE on Wednesday 28th August from 17:30 to 19:00 - we look forward to seeing you there!
