Project Details

The profound is deep and sublime; activities such as religion, altruism, wisdom that give meaning to life.  Information such as poetry, religious texts, life stories are often used to create profound activities that help us understand how to live a good life. However, we lack understandings of how we interact with such information to create profound experiences. This project will study how humans use information to create a sense of the profound in their lives.
