- Be of Scottish or European nationality
- Already hold, or will gain by the 30 August, a good second class undergraduate degree in a relevant engineering of physical sciences degree.
- Have submitted an application, and hold an offer for the MSc Sustainable Engineering: Renewable Energy Systems and the Environment
- Be able to commence their MSc course in September 2018
As there are limited SFC awards available, these will be allocated on previous academic performance.
On the MSc course students will develop and enhance their technical expertise of renewable energy and deepen their understanding of the engineering, political and economic contexts. It will provide them with an advanced level of knowledge to address the current and future challenges of the exciting and dynamic energy sector.
Students will be taught by academics internationally-renowned in the energy sector, have the opportunity to undertake real-world projects with Industry Engagement, Field Trips and Renewable Energy Site Visits
How to apply
If you are eligible for SFC Funding, and hold an offer for the MSc Sustainable Engineering: Renewable Energy Systems and the Environment commencing in September 2018, you will automatically be considered for an SFC Award.
