You must have (or be near completion of) at least a strong Upper Second Class Honours (undergraduate) degree or equivalent (a minimum 3.3 GPA in a 4.0 GPA system, or a minimum 85% average, or a minimum average of B+ in a letter system). Final year undergraduate students are eligible to apply.
You must provide a brief statement (up to 500 words) in your online application detailing your interest in the growing area of data science and analytics, and your reasons for applying for the scholarship.
Applications are open to all UK, EU, and international students, and each of these scholarships will be worth £9,500 (note this will cover the full tuition fee for the UK and EU students).
Funded students will be expected to complete the MSc course. The selected students will be announced by the end of June. The selection process will be based on your background (in particular the level of your degree) as well as the short statement you provide.
