How to apply
You must complete an application form, personal statement and provide financial details (see below). You will be required to prove hardship and detail how an award would help further your education and career goals. These bursaries cannot be used for payment of tuition fees. The Trustees would be reluctant to make an award to a student who has not made provision for tuition fees or other course expenses at the start of their course.
Applications must be signed by the applicant and countersigned by a member of University staff in Student Financial Support. Applications must come through Student Financial Support and should not be sent directly to the Trust by students.
Completed applications must be returned to the Student Financial Support Team (Advice Centre) by Monday 29 May 2017 at 4pm - applications received after this time will not be eligible for consideration.
