Business Fundamentals is a module offered by the triple-accredited Strathclyde Business School. Learners will have the opportunity to develop skills in a broad range of business activities to enhance knowledge and skills in a variety of essential business elements.
This short course will focus on an introduction to management and leadership, with three key areas of focus Leadership; recruitment and selection; and personal and professional development.
What you'll learn
The module will cover:
- leadership, developing leadership styles, ethical leadership and corporate social responsibility
- motivation, team development, management and emotion; organisational commitment and psychological contract;
- personal and professional development for self and staff

This module will be delivered as a distance learning class over the course of 10 weeks. Course materials will be available via our virtual learning environment and will be delivered online through a combination of self-paced study and some live sessions. The course will commence Summer 2022. |
