Strathlife Students with disabilities or additional support for learning needs

We’re committed to providing an inclusive learning and working environment for people with disabilities or need additional support for learning.

If you have, or think you have, a disability or need additional support for learning we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible.

By telling us about your disability we’ll be able to ensure that you have access to any additional support that you may need. The information you provide will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with other staff without your consent.

Our services

We have a dedicated service that offers specific advice, information and assistance to students, including information on the Disabled Students Allowance (DSA). Further information is available from the disability service website.

Departmental disability contact

In addition, each academic department/school has at least one Departmental Disability Contact (DDC), who act as a first point of contact for disabled students. Find out who your contact is on the Departmental Disability Contact list.

Getting around on campus

If you experience any problems getting around on campus, please email physicalaccess@strath.ac.uk and a member of our estates staff will be able to help you.
