ERASMUS+ Required Documents (2015/16)

There are a number of documents that you're required to complete in order to receive your Erasmus+ Grant. In order to complete the paperwork, you must submit an application through Mobility Online, the University's exchange management system. You will be able to follow your workflow and access these documents.

Before you go

These documents must be signed and completed before your exchange begins otherwise you'll be ineligible for Erasmus+ Funding.

  • Erasmus Grant Agreement (not yet available)
  • Learning Agreement
  • if you're taught in a language other than English, complete first language assessment on Erasmus+ OLS

When you arrive

Complete the arrival information with your actual start date and get this signed and stamped by your host organisation.

During your mobility

If any of your selected classes change once you begin your exchange (timetable clashes for example), you must have the document below completed within seven weeks of the start of your exchange. Approval of these changes can be made by email (attach relevant emails to the form when submitted)

Before you come home

The completed Certificate of Attendance should have the accurate dates of your Erasmus+ exchange. If there is any discrepancy between these dates and the original dates in your Grant Contract, you will be required to pay back the difference.

After you come home

At the end of your exchange, you'll be sent an email with details of a feedback questionnaire to complete directly from the European Commission. If you do not receive this after your placement has ended, or the details in the questionnaire are incorrect, please contact erasmus-outgoing@strath.ac.uk

During your mobility

If any of part of your traineeship/placement changes once you begin your exchange (different tasks for example), you must have the document below completed within seven weeks of the start of your placement. Approval of these changes can be made by email (attach relevant emails to the form when submitted)

Before you come home

Your mentor/supervisor must complete this form within five weeks of the last day of your placement.

After you come home

At the end of your placement, you'll be sent an email with details of a feedback questionnaire to complete directly from the European Commission. If you do not receive this after your placement has ended, or the details in the questionnaire are incorrect, please contact erasmus-outgoing@strath.ac.uk.
