Researcher Development Strategy and Action Plan 2015-18

The Researcher Development Programme at Strathclyde is managed by Research and Knowledge Exchange Services (RKES), previously funded by RCUK 'Roberts' investment, and now supported as a core university activity. We work in partnership with Faculties, to support them to develop tailored initiatives to meet local needs, and also with Professional Service colleagues across the University.

At Strathclyde, researcher development is an integral part of the University's Strategic Plan. Through investment in researcher development for postgraduate research students, we aim to develop accomplished 'Strathclyders' to contribute to our research activity and prepare for future careers in research, academia, business and industry. We recognise the valuable contribution you make as researchers to the success and environment at Strathclyde, and are here to help you develop in your career.

The Researcher Development Strategy and Action Plan 2015-18 sets out our vision, and targets, to support and strengthen the employability of our research community.
