The Institute of Banking and Finance is SBS' partner in Oman.
Established in 1983 by a Royal Decree, the Institute is the apex body for training and research in the banking and financial services sector in Oman. It operates under the overall supervision of the central bank of the country. The Institute also offers a variety of diploma programmes, all internationally linked with prestigious organisations.
As an international partner of SBS, the Institute is responsible for promoting the Strathclyde MBA in Oman, handling enquiries, providing information and receiving applications. To maintain high standards of consistency throughout the world, all admission decisions are made by SBS.
During the programme, the Institute provides local administrative services as well as providing a focal point and centre for holding counselling sessions, intensive seminars and examinations.
