Engage with Strathclyde took place from 5-8th May and the University welcomed more than 2,500 people to 55 different events ranging from the Launch of the Centre for Energy Policy, Engineering Industry presentation days, to events for teachers about Children’s Health and Wellbeing, as well as regular events such as Strathclyde100 and the Mary Kilborn Lecture.
This annual week-long series of events stimulates engagement with business, industry, the public and third sectors; and enhances the University of Strathclyde’s collaborative partnerships.
For the first time ever, many Engage events were able to enjoy the fantastic space provided by the new Technology and Innovation Centre, which also hosted the annual Images of Research exhibition.
The launch of the call for next year’s events will open in September 2015.
